Many of our perfume oil fragrances are classics: our magical China Rain, (the one and only!) Dreams, China Lily, Tibet, China Musk, Blue Musk are perfect blends. Other scents are simple and make a wonderful fragrance statement as a perfume oil or blended into a body care product.

But any of our oils can also be blended to make something entirely new…something yours and unique.

In the world of perfumery, scents are categorized by families. These families are: Floral, Citrus, Fruity & Food, Green, Oriental, Woodsy and Chypre.

When blending a perfume, individual scents from various groups are composed, like ‘notes’ in music, to create an elixir where the sum is greater than the parts.  Think of a lyrical, floral top note; a luscious heart or mid-note and a dramatic base note, all coming together in a new and unique creation…smooth and melodic, full of passion, fun or tranquility.
